#31 HAQQ Mainnet v1.7.4 Upgrade

This proposal contains a software upgrade which affects vesting schedules of accounts with unlock schedules concluding in 2026 and later. Furthermore, this upgrade enables packet-forward-middlewares (PFM: https://github.com/cosmos/ibc-apps/tree/8e64543/middleware/packet-forward-middleware#packet-forward-middleware) – it enables better user experience for IBC transfers and inter-chain communication in general. In event of proposal execution, all accounts with currently vested ISLM for which the full unlock date is after 1 Jan 2026 will have an extended vesting schedule – it will be extended by 1095 days (3 years). Most of such accounts originally have 2 year vesting schedule which, in event of proposal execution, will be extended to 5 years. Several strategic partners who originally have 5 years unlock schedule, will be updated to 8 years. The total amount of tokens will not change, only the unlock schedule of currently locked tokens.
