#34 HAQQ Mainnet v1.7.6 Upgrade

Dear Islamic Coin Community,\n\n\nFollowing the successful passage of our recent vote, we are excited to move forward with the next critical step in our journey.\n\n\nProposal for Adopting Network Update: Transfer of Tokens to United Contributors DAO\n\n\nAs a result of the community voting Yes for Proposal 33, the Haqq team has prepared a network update. We are now proposing a software upgrade to adopt this network update that will facilitate the transfer of the specified tokens into the United Contributors DAO, as decided by the community in the previous vote Proposal 33.\n\n\nDetails of the Proposal\n\n\nShall the community accept this proposal, the prepared network update will be executed, transferring the locked portion of coins distributed to contributors, advisors, assistants, and intermediaries as rewards, as well as all coins held by the founders and the project team (excluding the account from which Haqq Association delegations come to vetted validators) to the United Contributors DAO module account.
